Return, Replacement & Refund

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 2 days of delivery through our official WhatsApp support number with proper unboxing videos and clear proof.

• Products must be unused and returned in original condition.
• Opened or used personal care products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
• Handmade, bamboo, tribal, and natural products may have slight natural variations, which are not considered defects.
• If requested by our customer support team, customers are responsible for returning the product through a nearby affordable courier service.
• Approved return products must be shipped within 5 days after confirmation from our support team.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed only after verification.
• A small processing and handling charge may be deducted from refund amounts.
