At Eetaboo, we are committed to delivering quality sustainable products sourced and assembled in Kerala. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, customers must report the issue within 2 days of delivery.

To request a return, replacement, or refund:

  • Customers must send a proper unboxing video and clear product damage video/photos through our WhatsApp support number.
  • Our WhatsApp contact number will be available in the website contact details section.
  • Requests submitted without proper proof may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.
  • Items should be returned with original packaging, wherever applicable.
  • Opened or used personal care products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • Handmade, bamboo, tribal, and natural products may have slight natural variations, which are not considered defects.
  • If requested by our customer support team, customers are responsible for returning the product through a nearby affordable courier service.
  • Requested return products must be shipped within 5 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products
  • Customized products
  • Perishable or consumable items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refund & Replacement Process

After verification, eligible returns, replacements, or refunds will be approved.

A small processing and handling charge may be deducted from the refund amount.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Eetaboo reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the above conditions.
