1. Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery.

👉 Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully made.

Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. No Return & No Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our eco-friendly personal care products and hygiene standards, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect selection.

Please make sure to read the product descriptions and specifications thoroughly before placing your order.

3. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

Damaged Product: If your item arrives severely damaged during transit (supported by valid photo proof).
Incorrect Item: If the product you receive is different from what you ordered (wrong item or variant).
Payment Error: If you are charged twice or experience a failed transaction that results in a deduction.

🕒 Refund Request Window:

You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery by contacting us with proof.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

Review: Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.

Approval & Processing:If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
